MY PRIORITIES:
1. parents BILL OF RIGHTS
LOCAL CONTROL OF THE SCHOOLS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE TO MAKE LASTING CHANGES.
Parents are the most important component of the system AND must have the rights, the freedoms and controls to guide local schools.
2. Restore Law and Order in our Streets
Repeal BILL HB 3653
The "SAFE-T" Act
It has the Police Community handcuffed in dealing with crime.
3. no more school closures
The School closures were wrong!
They had devastating and detrimental consequences on Children and their families.
"Extended school closures appear to have done much more harm than good, and many school administrators probably could have recognized as much by the fall of 2020. In places where schools reopened that summer and fall, the spread of Covid was not noticeably worse than in places where schools remained closed."

4. Expand the "INVEST IN KIDS" Bill
This has been a successful program for IL families to allow their children to attend better schools as determined by the parents.
Unfortunately - it is too limited and is scheduled to end 2023.
It needs to be expanded and extended.
5. REDUCE THE NUMBER OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND LAYERS OF ADMINISTRATION
IL has too many school districts .
More than any other State. It is a main reason for the high property taxes
6. Eliminate social indoctrination
Schools should Not be forcing Social indoctrination on young children:
- CRT
- Sex & Transgender issues
- Socialism and Racism
7. Property Tax Reforms
IL has the 2nd highest Property Taxes in the Country. It is driving our citizens out of IL. We ned to reduce and reform the constant demands on our money
8. vaccine mandates and exemptions
Medical Decisions are complex and should be made by the families.
There should be clear and accessible exemption procedures.
A "One-Size fits all" with forced compliance is wrong.
9. Pension reforms
The IL Pension system is crushing taxpayers and starving out Government Services.
It has to be reformed
10. End the Tyranny of unconstitutional Mandates
Governor Pritzker exceeded his Constitutional authority by shutting down small businesses and closing the State for more than 30 days.
